Waiver of Liability
By completing this form and participating in the Bangkok Lions Rugby Football Club, the player and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) acknowledge and accept the terms under which the club operates.
The player and their parent(s) or guardian(s) unequivocally release the club, its organizers, and officials from any liability arising from injury sustained during training, matches, or any associated club activities.
It is expected that all registered players have current medical coverage. Any costs related to ambulance services, emergency care, or specialist medical treatment will be the responsibility of the player, parent(s), or guardian(s).
The club policy requires that gum shields (mouthguards) be worn at all times during training and matches. While we make every effort to enforce this policy, the club cannot be held responsible for players who fail to comply.
The IRB (International Rugby Board) recommends the use of protective headgear for players under the age of 12. Bangkok Lions supports this recommendation, but stresses that headgear is not compulsory under IRB or BLRFC guidelines.
By ticking the agreement box on the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver of Liability on behalf of the registered player.
